"Looking to switch up your regular rotation? This is a GEM in Stirling. It is a bit of a pricier option, but after the first bite you understand you are paying for quality!! Their burgers are absolutely amazing, like from a popular bistro downtown Toronto. The brisket is always fresh, melt in your mouth with that sweet and tanginess you'd expect from a top tier deli. Everything is fresh, homemade, and made with you in mind! You can tell their menu is thoughtful and worth the trip! Whether its a cozy date or you just wanna TREAT YO SELF; you will not be disappointed. 11/10."

"Last Friday I took a day trip to Stirling for the purpose of going to Farm Girl + it didn't have what I wanted so I ended up going here. To my surprise I was blown away by this place's culinary creations. I, per usual, when going out to dine always get a mimosa to test out who does top-notch mimosa's IMO because I really enjoy them, this place delivered to say the least. I'm a bit of a food snob. I enjoy food, what can I say. With regards to my meal, I had the Poached Pear Salad With 4 oz of Chicken + to my delight, it was beyond delicious. The service was outstanding. I had Marcelle as my server + she was down-to-earth, attentive + friendly. Long way around the barn as they say, if you are desiring a delicious mimosa + meal this is the place to go when in Stirling, Ontario. I trust the rest of the menu is as delicious as what I ordered. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Came to this new restaurant on Saturday. We both enjoyed our food. Tried the recommended Onion rings they were very good. A great portion for sharing. Thanks to our lovely server who talked us into them :) Burger was well seasoned and homemade, would definitely recommend to anyone. Fries were handcut and seasoned perfectly, GET THE GRAVY! It's pan drippings from their roast beef best gravy around definitely not any powered mix, made with love. Chicken fingers were meh' but the honey dill dipping sauce made up for that, as well as the kettle chips with the Chipotle dip, very good. The only downfall for this place would be no draft beer! And for a place In a rural area this is a must for any restaurant. At least they had can beer but a nice cold brew would of been nice. From what I saw they make a lot of fun cocktails which is a nice option especially if your going to go on a date. I hope in the near future they install even a 2 port draft system, summer is coming and porch shanagins is near, And as soon as the winter months enter it will be theater season. This would definitely make Stirling customers happy. As for the atmosphere the place was filled; some customers were standing. Which is nice that it's busy for the owners, but this makes the place seem even smaller. I hope this restaurant does great in all the years to come and I am hopeful for the community to have such an awesome spot. I will be recommending this place as much as I can."

"Date of Visit: April 13, 2024 As lovers of BBQ food, we stopped into this restaurant as it is a fairly new restaurant, and we wanted to support our love of the Q and a new business. The restaurant’s dining area is very small and thus cannot accommodate many people. The day we were there was busy, and we had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. The menu is not large, it doesn’t have a lot of options currently - but this is a new restaurant, so they may be starting out small.
We ordered the Brisket sandwich, Burgers, Brisket Nachos The food, without a doubt, was a highlight. Eachly delicious but also beautifully presented, a testament to the chef's skill and the restaurant's commitment to quality dish was not on. The restaurant, being small, can be a bit noisy, and in cooler weather can get a little chilly. Drinks like soft drinks are sold in cans. beer options are limited. Mac & Cheese was a tasty"

"We went for dinner for the first time at The Smokin Barrel and the food was delicous! I had a ceaser salad with grilled chicken. The chicken had so much flaver and the salad had real bacon and home made dressing and shaved parmasion it was delisous . My husband had a burger topped with brisket and he was very impressed. I would recomend this pub. I would have gave five stars for atmosphere and only because the music was more geared too younger people and a bit noisy. Other than that it was great."
